You’ve probably heard of twitter by now. It’s a free "micro-blogging" service that’s growing everyday. A fresh new player in the world of Web 2.0, some might say Twitter has its drawbacks because of the 140 character limit for any individual post.
I disagree.
First and foremost, having an unlimited message size defeats the whole point of micro-blogging. The entire concept of Twitter revolves around quick, brief updates of what you are doing, what’s on your mind, or—for marketing purposes, some brief announcements about a product or a link to a full post on your actual blog.
